Spitfire leaped up, her sensitive nose catching the scent of a long gone herd of deer. But that concerned her not, as she was free and playing. Yes, some may argue that she was too old to play, that she had a responsibilty to look after her pack at all times. She wafted them away. her pack at the moment consisted of her and her mate, and she wanted a break.
The scars from the attack by Dark Shadow were there, still healing, but she cared not. Nor did she care that other packs could come here. Her bodice twisted in the air, as she came own, landing softly. The butterfly she had been chasing had flown away, and se scratched around, looking for something else to attack.
